Refund policy

At Tail & Soul Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality products made especially for you. Because our items are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
🐾 Returns
We accept returns only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of issue (photo or video) is required
We do not accept returns for:
- Wrong size selection
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences (due to screen variations)
🐾 Refunds
If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement item (free of charge)
- Full or partial refund (to your original payment method)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
🐾 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)

We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
🐾 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already started.
🐾 Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
